Welcome back everyone! I hope that everyone had a wonderful   thanksgiving ! For today’s dish I thought that we could combine two of my favorite things pasta and salad and make   a chicken Caesar salad pasta . This pasta salad is light and fresh. This is also the prefect dish for you, if you meal prep! The pasta salad will keep in the fridge for around a week. But if do keep it for the week I would recommend putting the dressing on either the day before you eat it or the day of. Also, this salad is perfect cause you can added whatever your heart desires.     What you will need:  1.       8oz of pasta of your choice  2.       ½ cup breadcrumbs 3.       ½ cup shredded parmesan  4.       1 cup of Caesar dressing of choice  5.       2 heads of romaine lettuce (washed and cut)  6.       2 chicken breasts cut into small pieces seasoned with your choice of seasonings.  “Caesar Pasta Salad.” girl. Image
Hi everyone and welcome back! Happy November! Now since it is November and its almost Thanksgiving, I thought that we could make the most delicious pasta dish, perfect for Thanksgiving and the pasta dish is  Lemon garlic parmesan pasta bake . This dish is great. It is super creamy and cheesy! It is perfect for Thanksgiving and the lemon juice, and the parsley work well together! I like to serve this dish with garlic bread and the taste of this dish is light but heavy at the same time.    And because it is the season of giving, I thought today I would give you 2 different recipes in this post! So, the other recipe that we will be making is a   green goddess salad.   This salad is light, and it is perfect to balance out all those dense foods at Thanksgiving.     What you will need: Lemon parmesan pasta bake -         16 oz pasta uncooked (some suggestions fusilli, bucati, or corti)  -         3 cups of chicken broth -         ½ cup of white wine either chardonnay or sauvignon Blanc

Hi everyone and welcome back! I thought for today that I would do a pretty simple one, that is easy and delicious, and it’s called   Italian stuffed bread . This is perfect to make on those cold days where you want a sandwich, but you also want something that is warm, and it is the perfect combination of both.   What you are going to need: -         13inch loaf of thick crusty bread -         8 slices of fresh mozzarella -         2 ripe Roma tomatoes thinly sliced.  -         1 tbsp olive oil  -         3 cloves of garlic grated.  -         ¼ tsp salt  -         3 to 4 slices of prosciutto, turkey, or ham -         ½ cup pesto  -         oregano How to make:  1.       Preheat your oven to 350F. while your oven is preheating slice your loaf in half and remove some of the bread from the bottom. When you are done with this it should almost look like a bread boat. You should have scooped out the middle portion of bread like a bread bowl.  2.       Next add in your 4 slices of mozzarella
